Connie Green is a data-driven storytelling researcher and consultant who specializes in advising senior executives and management teams on how to improve business performance by leveraging the power of data-driven storytelling. She is a strategic communications executive, equipped with over 10 years of experience across sectors including EdTech, Aerospace and Defense, government, higher education, real estate, finance, sports and entertainment. Connie advises C-suite and executive leaders on all aspects of strategic communication strategies, particularly during times of change, uncertainty and transformation. Her work focuses on developing and implementing data-driven storytelling outreach frameworks that distill complex ideas into compelling narratives that engage millions. She has used her frameworks for largescale executive learning initiatives, advising senior leaders for prominent engagements with NASA, the NFL, the Discovery Channel and more. Her people and performancecentered approach emphasizes the impact of inspirational leadership, leverages insightrich data analytics, and incorporates pragmatic co-creation to address complex problems and deliver measurable results. Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Master of Arts degree from California State Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). Currently, she is completing her Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership at the USC.
