Sandi Best

Sandi Best is a dynamic leader with more than 30 years of diverse business experience in higher education, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and health care organizations. Sandi has served in the higher-education sector since 2017 when she joined National University. Currently, she is the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and is the Co-Chair of the Whole Human Council for National University. Sandi is recognized as a trusted strategic partner, driving people strategies to align with current and future university needs. She is an advocate for employees fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace where they are recognized and feel a sense of belonging, are respected, supported, and provided with the resources to thrive personally and professionally.
