
Dr. Ruth Imose is the Global Skills Strategy & Assessment Leader at Johnson & Johnson where she focuses on developing and implementing J&J’s approach defining, measuring and embedding skills across Talent Management areas. As an I/O Psychologist researcher and practitioner, Ruth has held a variety of consulting and internal roles in which she specializes in the intersection of talent and DEI. She has advised Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies on these topics with a particular focus on talent selection and assessment, performance management, and DEI strategy. Ruth regularly publishes on talent selection and assessment as well as DEI-related topics including inclusion and DEI strategy, most recently in a number of articles and blogs on McKinsey.com.
