The Learning Forum | Co-Founder & Managing Director

I believe progress happens when leaders have the courage to learn together. At The Learning Forum, I lead high-trust peer councils for CHROs, CLOs, and senior executives from the world’s most influential companies and government organizations. These forums aren’t conferences — they’re working communities where leaders think boldly, speak candidly, and co-create solutions to the most pressing challenges shaping the future of work. Through initiatives like CLO LIFT, the Work Design Collaborative, and the Skills Strategy Working Group, we help organizations reimagine how learning, leadership, and work intersect in an AI-powered world. Together, we explore how to architect adaptive systems, design for human potential, and elevate learning as a competitive advantage. Beyond the enterprise, I’m deeply committed to preparing the next generation for what’s ahead. I founded the Future-Ready Mentorship Program at BASIS Independent Schools — a discovery-based experience that helps high school students develop future-ready skills, self-awareness, and leadership confidence in a rapidly changing world. Earlier in my career, I worked at Coach (now Tapestry), designing enterprise-wide learning and organizational development solutions focused on team effectiveness, organizational design, and change management. At my core, I’m driven by curiosity, connection, and the belief that when we invest in people, we build organizations — and societies — that thrive.
