Julie Leventhal is a seasoned higher education and workforce leader with deep expertise in building high-performing, equitable, and scalable organizations.  As Vice President of People & Culture at Noodle, a company supporting institutions in advancing access to quality online and hybrid learning, she leads global strategy and operations across talent management, organizational development, DEIB, and employee experience for a remote-first workforce. Julie has a proven record of transforming culture, optimizing HR systems, and implementing performance frameworks that align people practices with business outcomes.

Previously, Julie led student support and engagement teams, driving retention, success, and workforce development initiatives that bridged education and career pathways. She brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, culture building, and the future of work in higher education.

Julie holds a Master of Social Work in Organizational Management and Leadership from Hunter College and a BA from SUNY Albany. She is passionate about creating equitable pathways for learners and fostering workplaces where people can thrive.
