At Emeritus, Ganesh has stoodup global leadership teams, expanded capability centers across India, the US,Europe, Latin America, China, Singapore, and the UAE, and strengthenedfunctions from Learning and Marketing to Sales, IT, and B2B. He partners closelywith product and engineering to align workforce planning with business growth,and champions analytics, experimentation, and cultural cohesion at scale.
Previously, Ganesh served asVP & Head of HR for Citi’s Global Decision Management Center in India—anadvanced analytics and AI hub—where he helped drive one of the firm’s fastestsite expansions. Earlier roles include HR leadership at HSBC and Airtel, andsenior talent acquisition mandates supporting large, multi-vertical hiringprograms. These cross-industry experiences give him a practical lens onworkforce readiness, skills acceleration, and the infrastructure needed tosustain performance.
Ganesh holds an ExecutiveProgram in Management from Columbia Business School, a PGDBM in HR from XIME,and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from CUSAT. Passionate aboutinstitution-building, he focuses on scalable systems, equitable opportunity,and measurable impact.
