Chief People & Equity Officer, Murmuration

Antoinette is the Chief People & Equity Officer for Murmuration, a political strategy organization that advises and supports partners in their efforts to transform the politics of education.

In this role she is responsible for overseeing Murmuration’s human capital strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, HR, DEI, culture, and professional development processes.

Antoinette has a passion for supporting people and organizational culture in the workplace and increasing organizational effectiveness.  Over the course of her career, she has held many different roles in the education sector. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher in the New York City Department of Education. She also held multiple roles at Relay Graduate School of Education where she helped grow the organization from 30 to over 300 people. Antoinette is well known for her strong leadership skills, ability to relate to people and sound decision making.

Antoinette received her M.P.A from New York University, a M.S.T in Early Childhood from Pace University and a B.A in History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. She also holds coaching certifications from Columbia University and iPEC.

Antoinette is happiest when she is living in the moment and engaging in new experiences with her husband and four children.
