Antoinette is the Head of People at GiveCampus, a leading SaaS company that provides fundraising and engagement solutions specifically designed for the education sector. In this role, she oversees the company’s human capital strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, HR operations, Total Rewards, organizational culture, and professional development initiatives. She is recognized for her impact-driven approach and deep expertise in HR strategy, innovative change management, and transformation practices. Antoinette excels at cultivating high-performance, learning-oriented cultures. Her career spans diverse roles across the education and technology sectors, where she has helped organizations grow and scale effectively. Previously, Antoinette served as Chief People & Equity Officer at Murmuration and as Managing Director of Talent & Operations at Relay Graduate School of Education. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher in the nation’s largest school system, the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE). Antoinette holds an M.P.A. from New York University, an M.S.T. in Early Childhood Education from Pace University, and a B.A. in History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also certified as a coach through Columbia University and iPEC. She currently serves on the ASU+GSV Workforce Insights Board, contributing to workplace development and learning initiatives. A proud Brooklynite, Antoinette enjoys traveling, watching documentaries, and exploring New York City with her husband and four children.
