Most employers want college graduates that possess both technical and “soft-skills”.  Certain types/classes of job are likely to disappear as new technologies, including robotics and artificial intelligence come into broader use. Yet, these new technologies will also create new types and classes of jobs. How are companies likely to adapt to these changes; re-train their employees and seek new competencies from new recruits?
