Education as Diplomacy

Traditional diplomatic efforts have changed drastically in the last few decades. How the U.S. interacts with other nations and sets mutually beneficial goals is evolving. Education, particularly higher education, has an increasing international presence, filling diplomatic gaps and opening new avenues for engagement with global partners.
