Career Services Are a Social Justice Issue

As higher education works to enroll more first-generation, underrepresented minority, and Pell-eligible students, economic mobility has become a critical social justice issue for institutions. But amid declining enrollment, many institutions are holding the career services budget flat, or even cutting it. This panel will feature a discussion of why career development has become a social justice issue and what we can do to ensure more students have access to quality support.
