Suzanne Ehrlich

Suzanne Ehrlich is an Associate Professor in the Instructional Technology, Training and Development program at the University of North Florida, where she co-directs the UNITE Design Lab. Her work focuses on creating innovative learning experiences for all through design thinking and technology integration. Dr. Ehrlich's research focuses on applying learning principles to workplace training and higher education settings, with the goal of promoting workforce innovation through technology. Her recent publications explore topics such as the implementation of learning before and during the pandemic, utilizing universal design to enhance online learning, and promoting workforce development through inclusive design. Dr. Ehrlich's dedication to innovation is evident in her roles as an EdSafeAI's Women in AI fellow (2024) and a Stanford d.School's University Innovation Fellows program candidate (2023-2025). Furthermore, she serves on WCET's National Steering Committee and UNF's AI Council.
