Susan Muigai

Susan W. Muigai has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Transunion since 2021. She is responsible for leading TransUnion’s human resource strategy and function, and nurturing an inclusive, high-performance culture to help TransUnion achieve its vision and strategy. Ms. Muigai has an extensive background in global human capital management, organizational leadership, diversity and inclusion, legal and compliance, business transformation and more. She previously spent 16 years at Walmart, based in the U.S., Canada and India, where she held progressively senior roles leading teams within HR, Real Estate, Audit, Compliance and Legal. Ms. Muigai earned her Bachelor of Law from the University of Windsor in Canada, and her Masters of Law in International Business from the University of London. She serves on the board of directors of Coursera, Inc. (NYSE: COUR) and Breakfast Clubs of Canada.
