He has worked for major Fortune 50 and Fortune 250 companies such as Pepsico, Best Buy, and DHL and has directed large-scale HR initiatives spanning succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, talent acquisition and workforce planning for companies with 200k+ employees. Shannon also has a strong background in employee relations and as an HR Business Partner.Lastly, Shannon is also a certified executive coach with Lee Hecht Harrison executive coaching firm and sits on several non-for profit boards including Girls Scouts for Chicagoland and NW Indiana and Utmost U…an organization that supports getting at risk youth to college.  Shannon holds both an undergrad and graduate degree in Business Administration.
