Rochana Golani - VP, Learning & Enablement, Field Engineering, Databricks:Rochana joined the Senior Leadership Team at Databricks, a leading Data and AI company, to run Learning & Enablement for all internal, partner & customer audiences, User Community and Digital self-service bringing together all components of user success at scale.Previously, she was the Managing Director of Learning Services at Google Cloud where she built the team and program to reach millions of developers, industry recognized credentialing programs, and won numerous awards for ongoing innovation in the field of technical education and developer engagement. Her career also includes Learning leadership positions at AWS and VMware. Rochana’s 25 years experience in technical training demonstrates her passion for innovation, disruptive technology, and deep love for learning. She is a champion for diversity and inclusion and supports various programs for increasing representation and creating diverse leadership teams. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
