Renee Laverdiere

Renee Laverdiere joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2013 and serves as a Managing Director and Partner in the Houston office. She helps lead the topic of Gen(AI) for BCG's People & Organization practice, and has deep experience across the cradle-to-career education spectrum. During her time at BCG, she has led engagements on wide range of education and workforce clients on topics including strategy development, strategy operationalization and implementation, market analysis and competitive response, organizational and operating model design, and organizational and leadership effectiveness. Prior to her tenure at BCG, Renee earned her PhD and MA in mathematics from Rice University, alongside a BA in mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated summa cum laude.
