Randy Tosch is Vice President of Talent for Grainger. In this role, he is responsible for building proactive, scalable talent management processes, solutions and tools to strengthen Grainger's talent pipeline and drive team member engagement. Randy joined Grainger in 2010 and has served in a number of HR roles across talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, HR shared services, analytics & systems, and as an HR business partner aligned to functions across the business. Prior to Grainger, Randy previously worked at Allstate and Unilever. He holds an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. from Northwestern University. Randy and his wife, Erin, live in Arlington Heights, Illinois with their four children. He is on the Board of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Chicago and volunteers as a coach in youth athletics.
