Patrick Brothers is a board director, strategic advisor and investor with deep expertise in global strategy, technology and development. Patrick has advised some of the world’s largest institutions on strategy and investment including governments and development banks, sovereign wealth funds, global technology giants, public companies and universities. He is a seasoned Chair and Non-Executive Director and is the co-founder and former co-CEO of HolonIQ, the global strategic intelligence platform, founded in New York in 2018 and acquired in 2024 by QS Quacquarelli Symonds. He currently serves as an Executive Director at QS. Prior to HolonIQ, Patrick spent over twenty years in leadership roles and executive positions including Chairman, CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Development Officer and Director at firms including Navitas & Navitas Ventures, Hochtief/CIMIC and in M&A and Private Equity at Deloitte. Patrick holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and graduated first place in Field Leadership and Military Skills from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, starting his career as an Australian Army Officer.
