With leadership experience spanning Oracle, UPS, and ELB Learning, she has built and led enterprise learning strategies that strengthen capability, improve performance, and accelerate change at scale. At Oracle, Michelle supported learning initiatives for more than 130,000 employees globally. At UPS, she led HR learning transformation efforts that improved operational efficiency by 25%. Across her career, she has become known for bringing clarity to disruption, discipline to execution, and structure to complexity. She aligns stakeholders around what matters most and designs solutions that drive both adoption and impact.
