Melissa Yates May

Melissa leads Cambium Learning’s People Experience team. She strives to attract and retain the world’s most passionate talent and empowers the global workforce to achieve the company’s mission. Melissa graduated with a B.S. in management and organizational development from Eastern Mennonite University. She oversees human resources, people operations, talent acquisition and development, total rewards, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion. Melissa joined Rosetta Stone in 2004 and has more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including in organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and HR operations. She also has extensive experience in various life cycle stages of a company, including private equity and public company.
