Matthew Pellish

Matthew Pellish is currently the Vice President, Recruitment & Enrollment Solutions at College Board where he brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and passion to the higher education practice as they support the enrollment goals of over 1100 institutions through emerging technology, guidance, and data in a changing enrollment landscape. Prior to joining College Board, he held various positions on and off campus, most recently serving as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at CampusReel, an early-stage tech start-up bringing student voice to college choice through user generated video. Matthew also spent over a decade as Managing Director at EAB, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s Advisory Services function building a team providing crucial guidance to educational institutions, leveraging insights and best practices to drive positive results. His expertise extended to providing strategic advice and consultative direction to EAB’s extensive partner network, which included colleges, universities, K-12 public school districts, and independent schools. Matthew’s commitment to education has been unwavering, evident in his diverse roles throughout his career. Matthew personally visited over 450 college and university campuses across North America and Europe and his firsthand experiences enriched his understanding of the educational landscape. He currently lives on Long Island, NY with his wife Kimberly and their 4 children!
