Marci Paino

Marci Paino is the Vice President of Enterprise Learning & Growth at Cisco, leading the evolution of learning to become integral to the company's culture of growth and business innovation by equipping its workforce with the skills needed to thrive in an AI-powered world. In her role, Marci also leads the AI ICT Consortium, a group of industry-leading global corporations embarking on a collaborative endeavor to advance an AI-enabled information and communications technology (ICT) workforce. Previously, Marci was the Vice President of People Development & Engagement at Western Digital, where she led the center of excellence responsible for delivering enterprise strategies and solutions that empowered employees to navigate a modern, integrated career experience – from learning and leadership development to career development and performance to listening and engagement. Marci brings with her 20 years of experience in the field, where she has successfully created award-winning talent development strategies and led digital transformation initiatives at global Fortune 500 companies such as American Express and Accenture. Marci holds a bachelor’s degree in Organization Communication, Learning, and Design, as well as a master’s degree in Educational Technology.
