Mara Steiu is the Co-founder and CEO of Journify Learning, the evidence-based AI assistant that maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of special education teams. It saves educators’ time and drives student outcomes through evidence-based practices, while automating progress tracking and reporting for schools and districts across 15+ states. Journify has been recognized as the winner of the Tools Competition, the world’s largest edtech competition, and is certified by Digital Promise as a Responsibly Designed AI solution. Mara has an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University (Class of 2025) and is a former Product Manager at Microsoft, Twitter, and Confluent.
