Lina joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2022 and is a Managing Director and Partner in the Chicago office. She is a core member of the Public Sector Practice area, which primary focus in Education, Employment and Welfare. Her work sits at the intersection of K-12 and postsecondary education and workforce, and has included strategic planning, market analysis, performance and sustainability improvement, organization design, talent pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement and facilitation.Prior experience and educationPrior to BCG, Lina spent a decade at national nonprofit Bellwether Education advising a broad range of organizations across the preK-20 spectrum; and, before that, a decade in management consulting and investment banking. Lina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a certificate in finance from Princeton University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently serves on the Board of the National Center for Teacher Residences.
