Kenisha Skaggs

Kenisha Skaggs is a native of the Augusta area. She is the Director and Founder of SOAR Academy. She holds a BA degree from Augusta University and is also certified in the Georgia Teacher Academy for Preparation and Pedagogy (GA TAPP) program.
