Kathy Mucci

Kathy Mucci serves as Managing Director, Human Resources (HR) at CME Group. She is responsible for leading the Global HR Business Partner and Employee Relations functions. She is also responsible for leading human capital initiatives in support of the company’s partnership with Google Cloud and digital transformation.As a member of the HR leadership team, Mucci works to ensure that the company is developing and utilizing the full talents of its employees in ways that promote customer satisfaction and create shareholder value. Mucci joined CME Group in 2001 and has held HR positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure, including leading the recruitment and talent management functions. Prior to joining the company, Kathy served in various experienced hire and college recruiting positions for UBS and AT&T. She earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications with a minor in psychology from Northern Illinois University. She also maintains a SPHR Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
