Julie Garfield

Julie Garfield is the Sr. Manager of Distribution Community Impact Initiatives for BMO US Personal & Business Banking. In this role, Julie’s work focuses on aligning BMO’s branch network and community partnerships to drive business and social impact by building and scaling programs that reduce barriers to careers and capital. Her program slate includes BMORE, an initiative co-created with Cara Collective to increase access to careers in the financial industry. Prior to her tenure at BMO, Julie served as the Manager of Supportive Services at Cara Collective, where she lead dual campus teams to achieve competitive talent retention outcomes for the enterprise. A Philadelphia native, Julie currently lives in Chicago with her family where she is an active community member of the Humboldt Park neighborhood.
