Josh Tarr

Josh Tarr serves as the Director of Skills-Based Organization at Workday. In this role, Josh is responsible for leading Workday’s transformation into a Skills-Based Organization and advising Workday’s customers on how they can do the same. Prior to joining Workday in 2022, Josh held HR leadership positions in Technology and Retail companies spanning Talent Management, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Mergers and Acquisitions. Josh earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Leadership Studies from James Madison University.
