He has advised technology, media, and telecom companies on a wide range of regulatory and contractual matters in relation to privacy and data protection, intermediary liability, consumer protection, IP assignment and licensing, sourcing contracts, colocation agreements, IT outsourcing, gaming regulations, internet telephony and unified license for data and voice services.He has also assisted technology companies, including e-commerce companies, fintech and cloud service providers, in relation to disruptive technologies, and products and new business models.
