Jiani Hou

Jiani Hou is the Principal of Think Academy US Online, where she leads product strategy, curriculum innovation, and teacher development for K–12 learners across the United States. She has built and scaled small-class online tutoring programs delivered at scale by a network of hundreds of online educators, integrating learning science with technology to provide high-quality STEM instruction. As AI enters a new era in education, her work explores how intelligent systems can not only improve efficiency but also help address structural challenges such as teacher capacity and access to quality instruction. She is passionate about ensuring AI strengthens pedagogy—empowering educators to work more efficiently while delivering deeper, higher-quality online learning experiences.
