Dr. Jennifer Charlot is the Co-founder and the Head of Programming and External Partnerships at RevX. In her current role, she facilitates relationships with mission-aligned community partners, manages instructional and strategic directives for growth, and oversees the operational functions of the organization. Jenn is also the co-author of Designing for Learning, a guide outlining the key scientific practices essential for effective learning. Over the last decade, Jenn has held several leadership positions, including Head of Research & Development and Partner of School Design at Transcend, & the Director of Implementation at Character Lab. At NYC District 79, Jenn led social-emotional learning integration, managed career and technical education programs, and launched a college-ready alternative school. She has worked for non-profits like Turnaround for Children and co-founded a nonprofit in Haiti called Konbit Pou Edikasyon. Jenn has a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Masters from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Boston College.
