At Meta, he built enterprise solutions for the Partnerships and Connectivity teams, catalyzing business growth and expanding global connectivity. Before that, he played a role in Target’s digital transformation, elevating their mobile app for greater usability and engagement. Today, James focuses his passion for innovation on improving emotional wellbeing as part of the team at How We Feel, a scientific nonprofit committed to helping individuals better understand and manage their emotions. Drawing on his expertise, curiosity, and compassion, James is committed to helping individuals everywhere enhance their emotional wellbeing.
