Erika Mahterian

Erika Mahterian is the Head of Experience and a Co-Founder of Leland—a Series A platform that connects people with coaches, courses, and community that can help them reach career and educational goals. Erika was a Forbes 30u30 recipient (in the Education category) in 2022 alongside Leland's CEO John Koelliker. Prior to Leland, Erika worked in strategy consulting at EY, ran an education nonprofit + scholarship fund, and built an e-commerce brand.
