Edwin Estevez

Dr. Edwin Estevez (MSW, Ph.D.) is the co-founder and principal at AltaCair, a patient-centered health care management solution. He has been committed to transformational growth at the individual, group, and organizational level for more than 30 years. Throughout his journey, he has donned multiple hats including bilingual and bicultural public speaker, international educator, administrator, and organization leader.

As a systemic thinker, he has achieved success in project and risk management, organizational cultural change, and human capital growth. He holds a doctorate in administration and master’s degree in social work.

Estevez is passionate about transforming communities with equitable approaches to healthcare and value-based care, general wellbeing and improved mental health, as well as innovative pathways to education.
