As Vice President of National Consulting, Devon Gadow leads the development, improvement, and delivery of TNTP’s core products and services. She supports staff to execute high-quality work aligned with the organizations strategic priorities, ensuring TNTP’s approaches to instruction, educator development, and academic strategy are grounded in research and consistently expand opportunities for all students. Devon joined TNTP in 2016 to support the development of The Opportunity Myth (2018) since then, she has provided thought leadership on several of TNTP’s most influential publications, including The Opportunity Makers (2024), and Coherence by Design (2026) has played a key role in shaping the organization’s work on instructional coherence and high‑quality instructional materials. She developed and led TNTP’s national partnerships with curriculum providers and professional learning organizations to improve coherence and effectiveness in the field, and serves as a coach for CCSSO’s Instructional Materials and Professional Development Network. Devon began her career as a high school teacher in Dallas Independent School District. Prior to joining TNTP, she held several coaching roles in the district and teacher preparation organizations before obtaining her M.Ed. from Southern Methodist University and working in school leadership in Dallas. Devon developed her passion for service and education at the College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she earned her B.S. in English and Psychology.
