Cami Anderson is an executive and C-suite leadership coach committed to upending inequitable systems by leading into the fray. She is a six-time chief executive of turnarounds and startups in education, non profits, and government agencies with a record of bringing communities together to get results-especially at contentious and pivotal moments. She is the founder and CEO of ThirdWay Solutions, an organization dedicated to helping teams achieve ambitious goals through executive coaching, vision and strategy development, values–based culture building, and implementation support. She and her team have supported over 25 leaders from California to Louisiana and New York City and points in between. Previously, Cami served as a superintendent of schools for nearly a decade, first in New York City and then in Newark, NJ, where she received national attention for improving student outcomes. Cami was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people and was given a lifetime achievement award by the King Center in Atlanta for her work in racial justice, among other honors. Cami is widely published from Forbes to The Wall Street Journal to The Hill on issues of leadership and equity. She lives in her hometown of Los Angeles with her partner and teenage son.
