Cady Ching

Cady Ching is the CEO of Summit Public Schools, where she is leading one of the nation's most recognized learner-centered charter networks. Her leadership has been instrumental in the design and evolution of Summit's globally recognized instructional model, and she has spent her career pioneering what is possible across every role in a learner-centered school system. From her early work as a classroom teacher—nationally recognized by Edutopia and in Larry Cuban's School Reform and Classroom Practice—to her roles in school and system leadership, Cady has consistently focused on improving student outcomes through thoughtful design, instructional excellence, and leveraging technology to enhance the student and teacher experience.
