Meet Brittany Alexandria Jones, M.Ed., a passionate advocate for justice, equity, and purpose-driven leadership with roots in Chicago's Southside. With over a decade of experience as a teacher and school leader, Brittany now serves as the Managing Director of Justice Initiatives at KIPP Chicago. In this dynamic role, she leads transformative efforts to promote justice, collective care, and innovation within the organization and its surrounding areas. Brittany leverages her expertise in strategic communication, systems thinking, and organizational development to drive groundbreaking initiatives. She champions regional priorities such as social-emotional learning (SEL) and MTSS implementation, facilitates restorative community circles, and coaches educators, and steers the conscious integration of AI into education practices. As a restorative justice and racial healing practitioner, Brittany fosters authentic relationships, guiding individuals and teams toward meaningful growth and collective impact. Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittany finds joy in cooking cherished family recipes with her mom and exploring new places that inspire her adventurous spirit.
