Britt has been working to improve public education throughout her entire career. She taught for three years in NYC public schools as part of Teacher for America, while earning her master’s in Childhood Education. With Citizen Schools she developed new partnerships to expand the reach and impact of their volunteer program model. Britt spent 4 years with the NYC Department of Educations' iZone to support the implementation of blended learning and digital tools in schools across the city. Most recently, she served as the founding Program Officer for the Innovative Schools portfolio at Overdeck Family Foundation, a philanthropic organization that funds educational research and organizations. In her current role, she oversees growing ASSISTments’ reach and impact nationally.
