Anjali Raina is the Executive Director of the Harvard Business School India Research Center, and Director of Harvard Business Publishing, India, Harvard Global Support Centre India, Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited, Kotak AMC, and the European Center for Executive Development (CEDEP). Prior to joining Harvard, Anjali spent 15 years with Citigroup India before which she worked for more than a decade with ANZ Grindlays Bank PLC. Anjali worked in all arenas of leadership and finance, heading different units, across corporate and retail banking, as well as HR and Training. Anjali’s forte is to put the customer (internal and external) at the center of any issue and design a customer centric solution. She is skilled at team dynamics and creating an enabling environment to increase team productivity. Anjali holds an MBA from the IIM Calcutta, a bachelor's degree (Eng. Hons) from Loreto College and is an alumnus of HBS’ Advanced Management Program. In her role at the IRC, Anjali focuses on bringing the best of Harvard to this region, and on understanding and documenting emerging trends, while building and maintaining relationships with regional leaders to facilitate research, educational programs, community building and faculty development. Anjali has co-authored several case studies with HBS faculty on Aadhaar, Naina Lal Kidwai, Nykaa, upGrad, India Stack amongst others.
