Allison Bailey is the Global Leader of Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) People & Organization practice. She counsels C-suite leaders on setting overall strategic direction, managing through transition, building effective leadership teams, and driving value. Allison has worked extensively with clients on enterprise issues regarding strategy, growth, organization, large-scale transformation, operational improvement and cost, and M&A. Drawing on her extensive, global client experience in media and technology, consumer goods, health care, education, and financial services, Allison blends people and organization strategy with next-gen digital solutions, people analytics, and behavioral science to address generative AI-driven workforce reimagination, talent strategy and upskilling enablement, and change management challenges.Along with her client work, Allison has also led the development of new capabilities and businesses within BCG, including the Education and Public Sector practices and also BCG U, BCG’s enterprise upskilling and talent solution. She is a former BCG Henderson Institute Fellow, where she led the firm’s global thought leadership in digital education and learning, and continues to publish extensively on new talent models, evolving HR tech landscape, and impacts of Gen AI.
