Allison Bailey

Allison Bailey is a Managing Director and Senior Partner based in Boston, and the Vice Chair of BCG's People and Organization Practice. Allison is an expert in helping companies implement large scale transformations, including: organization redesign, digital and (Gen) AI, operational improvement and turnaround, and post-merger integration. She counsels CEOs on setting overall strategic direction, managing through transition, building effective leadership teams, and driving value. Allison works directly with clients on a broad range of business issues such as strategy, growth, talent, and M&A. Her experience is across industries and sectors and includes: IT services, technology, healthcare, media, education, consumer goods, and financial services.
