Alexandra Argo

Alex is a Vice President at GSV Ventures, where she helps lead coverage of investments in AI and workforce development. Prior to joining the firm, she worked on the Strategy & Corporate Development team at Chegg where she was responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as finding and executing M&A opportunities. Prior to her time at Chegg, she worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley on the Financial Sponsors team. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with an A.B. in Economics and was captain of the varsity women’s lacrosse team. She is passionate about mentorship and coaching, currently serving on the Young Leaders Council of SF Education Fund and coaching youth lacrosse in San Francisco. Alex is originally from Baltimore, Maryland.
