Adora Mora

Adora Mora is Chief of Staff at Curriculum Associates (CA), a leading K–12 assessment and instruction provider serving over one-third of all U.S. K–8 students. She drives the company’s multi-year strategic focus and leads internal AI initiatives that shape the future of learning. Previously, Adora led M&A and strategic partnerships at CA and held capital advisory roles at Goldman Sachs and Barclays. She also spearheaded cradle-to-college initiatives at the Harlem Children’s Zone, advancing educational equity at scale. A graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School, Adora is passionate about scaling impact through innovation and systems thinking. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
