Adnan Nisar

Adnan Nisar is a Senior Partner at The Vistria Group where he co-leads the Knowledge & Learning Solutions practice. Prior to Vistria, Mr. Nisar was an investment professional at Mubadala Investment Company in Abu Dhabi. He began his career at M3 Capital Partners where he focused on principal investments, capital raising and M&A advisory. Mr. Nisar currently serves on the Board of Directors of Apollo Education Group, Academic Partnerships, Unitek Learning, Sleep Doctor, and The Gardner School. Mr. Nisar previously served on the Board of Directors of Penn Foster Education Group, HigherEducation.com and Vanta Education. He is a national trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and sits on the board for College Possible Chicago. Mr. Nisar holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, and an M.B.A. with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
