Aditya Khurana

After stints at ITC, Citibank & Avendus Capital, Aditya decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge in 2010. As a young father himself and part of a nuclear family, his attention veered to supporting parents with similar needs in raising their children. He helped build The Little Company into the leading corporate childcare service provider in India which he successfully exited to Founding Years (brand name - KLAY) in the same domain. Aditya stayed on as a part of the leadership team at KLAY and helped scale up the organization to a position where it is the preferred childcare and preschool brand for Indian parents (and children). Aditya currently is a part of the Stanford Seed team in South Asia as a Business Transformation Advisor where he works with a bunch of SMEs and start-ups on their transformation journey.Aditya also invests (time, energy and capital) in early-stage ideas & teams as it allows him to revisit the excitement of building something new.
