
Adam is a partner in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Group in Investment Banking. He also serves as co-head of the TMT vertical in the Cross Markets Group, focused on high-growth, middle-market technology companies. Previously, Adam was head of the Global Education Technology & Services team. He joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked in investment banking at Barclays and Credit Suisse. He has more than 25 years of banking experience and has advised on hundreds of M&A and capital markets transactions across multiple regions, including North America, South America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Adam began his career as a transactional attorney at Kirkland & Ellis.
Adam earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees, with distinction, from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and a JD, with honors, from the University of Michigan Law School.
