Michael Diaz

I am a proud father, husband, son, and educator. I am the son of a Colombian immigrant mother and a Puerto Rican father. I was born in Holyoke, MA, and raised across the river in Chicopee. I have spent my professional career working to build stronger schools as a teacher, teacher leader, and systems level leader in traditional public and public charter schools. I am now the Associate Chief of Academics at Achievement First where I lead the vision for the academic program across content areas.
