Heather Tow-Yick

Heather Tow-Yick is the Superintendent of the Issaquah School District. Her systems leadership experience includes roles with Mukilteo School District, Providence Public Schools and New York City Department of Education. She began her career as a middle school teacher in the South Bronx. Tow-Yick worked as consultant at the Bridgespan Group and was chief of staff to the CEO at Teach For America where she also launched the organization’s work in Rhode Island. She holds an MBA and MA in education.
