Wayne Redmond

Wayne Redmond is a Partner with McKinsey & Company based in New York. At the firm, Wayne co-leads our North American EdTech, Education Services and Investors Service Line. Wayne supports clients across early childhood, K12, Higher ED and Adult Education to navigate key strategic questions around growth and sustainability.

Wayne started his career as a classroom mathematics teacher before taking on various administrative roles including pastoral care and student welfare, progress and attainment, as well as teacher training and curriculum development. Wayne also served as a school Governor and supported various charities to tackle the big questions around student equity and workforce management in education.

Wayne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. He also completed school leadership training at the Institute of Education, London.
