Patrice Torcivia Prusko, Ph.D., is a recognized academic innovation leader who currently serves as the Director of Learning Design, Technology, and Media at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. Prusko specializes in creating transformative learning experiences that drive equitable and impactful outcomes, with expertise in creating ‘futures thinking’ strategic plans. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Prusko has been at the forefront of reimagining digital teaching methodologies, developing resilient and flexible approaches to online education. A former marketing professor with a global perspective, her research focuses on Futures Literacy, AI in education, equitable design, emerging learning pathways, women in STEM, and global access. A passionate advocate for increasing educational opportunities for women, Dr. Prusko is committed to empowering communities worldwide. Her leadership roles include serving as president of the Board of Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology, co-chair of the University of North Texas College of Information Leadership Board, and vice-chair of the ACE Women’s Network MA Board. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Union College, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University at Albany. She is a frequent speaker presenting nationally and globally on the intersection of AI and education.
