Bibin Shivas is a senior leader at Coursera and leads the Customer Success team across India and APAC, responsible for growing Coursera’s adoption in the region. As part of his stint at Coursera, he was part of the early team that helped launch and set up the Coursera for Campus business. His team helps companies, governments and Universities leverage Coursera as part of their learning journeys in 15 countries in the Asia Region. He has 20 years of experience in the technology domain and has worked with top corporates such as IBM, Hewlett Packard and LinkedIn in various leadership positions managing high-growth SaaS businesses. Bibin is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He has expertise in the HR tech and Education domain having provided talent transformation solutions for organizations and institutions. He is passionate about helping transform higher education and improving access to high-quality education.
